Mental health group with over 50 yrs of history seeks 1st Psychiatric Nurse PractitionerCNS at the foot of the eastern slope of the Wind River Mountains in WyomingJob All ages 5-80 - outpatient and telemed setting. three locations to choose to work from in central Wyoming. Broad range of severely mentally ill patients including bipolar, depression, suicide, schizophrenia. Monday through Friday, 8-5, no call. APP will conduct mental health assessments lasting one hour, prescribe medications and managing meds. Follow ups are 30 minutes. 1 Psychiatrist in practice now, and zero APPs. Mental Health Services Outpatient treatment services for those that require assistance dealing with stress, anger, relationship problems, behavioral problems in children, parenting skills, depression, fear, anxiety, abuse, or grief. Substance Abuse Recovery Treatment Services Outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment services for those that require assistance developing and maintaining sobriety in their recovery from addiction to alcohol or other drugs. Community Services Provided to those individuals that are living with a severe and persistent mental illness SPMI and have difficulties taking care of themselves, interacting with others, or maintaining employment and need a variety of assistance to remain in their home community. Prevention Services Activities and education that are geared toward helping children, young people, and adults make healthy lifestyle choices about using alcohol, tobacco, or other drugs.
